How long am I allowed to keep an item when renting?

We have a 24 business hour rental time for all items, which is much longer than you first think. With other businesses, you are in charge of picking up the rental, setup, tearing down, then returning within a 1-3 day rental period. However, with The Event Agency, we are the ones that bring you the rental and handle setup, teardown, and cleanup. No stress on your part, and if you want a rental for longer, fill out the form in the 'Quote An Event" tab up top so we can get you what you need.

Do you offer event staffing services?

We have many different services that we offer including; Bartending, Catering, Venue Management, Event Execution, and Planning. Event Staffing is also one of the services we provide for all your event needs. We have trained bartenders and bar staff, bussers, servers/runners, execution staff, and even design staff to make your event perfect.

I don't have any idea how to design my venue, could you help me?

That's what we're here for! One of our specialties is providing unique, color palette matching, wonderfully coordinated designs for the tabletops as well as the organization and overall flow of the venue. We know the importance of decor and style, and how each event is not the same. From decorating to table design, we will ensure that your venue is uniquely decorated, and true to your vision. Do you have supplies and an idea but are not sure how to bring it to life? No problem! Tell us what you're going for and we will work with you to make your event special.

What is Event Production?

Event production is the planning, organization and execution of an event. The Event Agency is known for our event production. We have done weddings, company parties, funerals, birthdays, holiday celebrations and everything in between, all of which we used our event production skills to make the event special and a success.

How many people can you handle for a party?

While we do not have a maximum amount of how many people we can handle, we do have some guidelines on how to proceed with an event with a lot of people. Staffing is the main concern when working huge events, but as long as you communicate what you're looking for and what you need, we can most definitely handle it. We also have to keep in mind any and all COVID restrictions that could cause us not to be able to have a specific amount of people staffed.

What is Mobile Bartending?

Mobile bartending is exactly what you think, a mobile bar/bar staff that brings the party to you. We offer different types of bars that we will set up, work, and tear down for your event. We also handle all licensing and staffing, making mobile bartending the best choice for your event.
